Black Mountain Oil & Gas is focused on the development of oil and natural gas in the prolific Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale.

As of August 2025, the company holds over 54,000 net acres in Dimmit, Webb, LaSalle, Atascosa, Karnes counties in South Texas – operating over 450 wells with a gross production of over 4,000 BOPD and over 47 MMCFD.
