ABOUT AARON
Aaron serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Divestitures for Black Mountain Oil and Gas. Aaron’s oil and gas experience combines considerable time working in industry with more recent exposure to the investment sides of the business.
Prior to joining Black Mountain, Aaron led the technical team at an investment firm pursuing upstream asset acquisitions, Arch Energy Partners. At Arch he focused on asset underwriting, reserves management, and partner engagement. Aaron began his career at Pioneer Natural Resources where he served in various engineering roles across multiple asset teams before capping his time there in business development.
Aaron holds a BS in Biological & Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, a MS in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
