ABOUT AUSTIN
Austin serves as Director of Finance for Black Mountain Oil and Gas with nearly a decade of oil and gas experience.
Before joining Black Mountain, Austin was the Senior Financial Analyst for Split Rock Resources and held an A&D and Finance role at U.S. Energy Development Corporation. Austin has evaluated over $2.5 billion in non-op, operated, and mineral acquisitions. In addition, his responsibilities have included corporate finance, hedging, and investor relations. Austin began his oil and gas career as a Financial Analyst at Lonestar Resources in Fort Worth, TX.
Austin attended Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance.
